As customer, you are considered to have fully read and understood our Return Policy before making the purchase, as there may be instances where you may find it necessary to return your product due to circumstances beyond our or your control.

So in case you do decide to return your order, or seek size exchange, please learn and follow our Return Policy and Procedures mentioned below:

  1. You may be eligible to return a product for refund or size-exchange if:
    1. A wrong item is shipped to you by our mistake
    2. For exchange among standard ready to ship sizes subject to availability
    3. You believe the goods have been damaged in transit as evident from the condition of the package at the time of delivery
  2. The following orders are not eligible for return/size exchange:
    1. International orders
    2. Customized orders
    3. Orders placed for products on Sale, i.e. discounted products
    4. Orders placed using store credits / discount coupons
    5. Orders placed using store credits of previous returns
    6. Orders of products specifically marked as non-returnable
  3. If you find substantial damage on the packaging at the time of delivery, please take video and pictures of the package along with the delivery person for proof. Please contact us by raising a return request here citing Transit Damage as reason with the above proofs. Upon receiving confirmation from our side on your registered email, just return the package to us according to the return instructions for full refund.
  4. Minor damage like tassels being pulled off etc. might happen during transit and are not covered under return policy.
  5. Minor (10%-12%) color difference is usually there between the actual product and the pictures visible on the website due to difference in display and screen resolution. Return request of the products on this ground is not available.
  6. Please make all valid return/size exchange requests within 24 hours of receiving the product by submitting your request here along with supporting pictures / video.
  7. Please arrange for return of product only after you receive Return Authorization from us on your registered email with us.
  8. Please do not forget to mark the packaging as “Defective Items for Returns” and “not for sale”.
  9. We should receive the package within 7 days of intimation of Return Authorization. If the packet is not received within the stipulated 7 days from the date of intimation of Return Authorization, we don’t hold the responsibility to process the return/exchange.
  10. Please note Reverse Pick-up is not available and the return shipping will have to be arranged by the customer for all orders. Kindly select a reputable courier company as customer will bear the responsibility for the product reaching us.
  11. The returned product should be in its original, unused and undamaged condition along with all its original packaging, tags etc. and all included free gifts, otherwise your return will not be processed.
  12. You understand that the product you are about to return is meant to be sold to another willing customer, who will naturally anticipate a new product. To ensure that the returned product will undergo a thorough quality check once received by us. Please make sure the returned product is in its original new condition – not worn or stained, used, washed/dry-cleaned and no smell of perfume/ other odors is coming from the garment, failing which will disqualify your return.
  13. The product will be shipped back to the customer as is in case it fails the quality check, and the shipping charges for sending the product back will be borne by the customer (INR 90/half kg).
  14. All Valid refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days from receiving the product back. The mode of refund shall be as follows :
    1. Prepaid orders refund in INR will be transferred to your Bank Accounts/ Cards as per your payment mode
    2. Store credits will be issued against CoD orders returns
    3. Shipping charges (300/-) for CoD orders are non-refundable
  15. Store Credits issued as refund are to be used within the limited time of validity as mentioned at the time of credit.
  16. Exchange request can be raised on the above link only in case of size exchange of the same product, subject to availability of the required size at the time of successful return of original product. If the requested size is not available, store credits will be issued as refund.
  17. A particular order will be eligible for return/size exchange only once.

We, Jasvi Collections, reserve the exclusive right to reject a return/exchange request based on the terms & conditions specified above.
